Regional production
Our products are manufactured in Upper Lusatia. Short transport routes reduce CO2 emissions and secure jobs in the German textile industry.
Social Responsibility
We work with the Gut Gamig workshop for people with disabilities, which offers fair work opportunities to people with disabilities and thus promotes social inclusion.

Wilderness International image film
At Storchenwiege, we care not only about a safe start in life, but also about the future of our planet. Since 2014, we have supported Wilderness International in its fight to protect the last remaining intact natural areas. This non-profit foundation from Dresden legally acquires natural habitats worldwide to permanently preserve them from destruction.
These areas are among the most biodiverse ecosystems on Earth and play a key role in carbon sequestration. Once cleared, these unique rainforests can never return to their original state. Therefore, Wilderness International not only implements conservation measures but also promotes environmental education and school projects to raise awareness of nature conservation.
Since the start of our partnership, we have secured over 11,000 square meters of rainforest and sequestered more than 600 tons of CO₂. Every order placed in our online shop contributes to protecting one square meter of this precious natural environment.
